"Finding the Shine in Young Minds"
Coaching for growth...

Embracing change and empowering children to overcome challenges.
Today's children have many challenges to deal with. As parents we understand those difficulties, but our children sometimes struggle to find ways to move forward.
They may react with all sorts of behaviours that are hiding their true emotional state, such as friendship struggles, argumentativeness, perfectionism, complacency, unexplained stomach aches, avoiding school.

Physical reactions and behaviours are normal, however when they impact school and family life we need to step in. Early intervention is key. You know your child and you know when something doesn't feel right - trust your instincts.
Some children need a different approach - they want change but don't know how. They need strategies for change and guidance to help them manage their worries, fears and concerns with the assistance of a different adult with a different perspective - Fresh Eyes.
