About Zoe

Hi, I’m Zoe.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked alongside children and young people in both state and independent schools as an ELSA, TA, and LSA. Supporting emotional wellbeing has always been at the heart of what I do.

Over the years, I’ve seen how anxiety, overwhelm and low confidence can quietly affect children at school and at home. Living in a neurodivergent household has also shaped my understanding of how differently young minds experience the world — and how important practical, flexible support can be.

Retraining as a child mental health coach felt like a natural next step. It allows me to offer early, strengths based support that builds emotional awareness, confidence and everyday coping tools.

My sessions are child led, creative and practical. Together, we focus on small, achievable steps so children leave feeling more capable of handling life’s ups and downs.

Coaching is not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment. Where specialist support is needed, I will always guide families towards the appropriate services. Your child’s wellbeing will always come first.
